How Komodor blends cultures into a unique identity

So when I joined Commodore, we were a small Israeli company, obviously we still Israeli led but as the companies evolved and times gone by I've been here at Commodore for a year. We've seen and we've added new team members across the globe allowing us to actually take on their separate cultures and add it to our one culture, one company attitude. We're all about taking everyone's little specialities and adding it to our culture and who we are as a company and then taking that and then expanding upon that to allow people to express themselves in a way that allows them to feel comfortable in the workplace. It doesn't matter who you are, it doesn't matter if you're a dog or a person, we have a place for you at Commodore.
