Who are we?
Komodor is an Agentic Operations Platform for mission-critical production environments. We help enterprises to build custom agents under shared governance and context, and orchestrate them in end-to-end workflows for AI SRE, AI Software Operations, and Cost Optimization. With $90M in funding we're leading the autonomous infrastructure shift.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our Product organization and become the bridge between our customers and our product.
In this role, you will lead a major strategic initiative: driving the expansion of our customers from our Kubernetes management platform to a next-generation platform designed to build, manage, monitor, and operate custom-built internal agents running on production-grade services. You will directly own the success of this flagship rollout - ensuring seamless customer onboarding, active platform adoption, and enabling teams to successfully create and manage production-grade agents.
In addition to leading this core migration, you will work closely with a portfolio of customers, becoming a trusted partner within their teams and helping them get maximum value from Komodor. At the same time, you’ll bring the customer voice back into Product - sharing feedback, identifying recurring needs, and collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to continuously refine the platform.
This is a highly hands-on role that combines technical expertise in cloud-native platforms, project management, customer-facing skills, and strong cross-functional execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead the core migration & deployment initiative: Own the end-to-end rollout and customer migration from our older Kubernetes management system to our new agent-centric platform.
- Drive product-led customer adoption and value: Lead customer success from the product side by guiding customers through building, managing, monitoring, and operating their custom-built agents on production-grade infrastructure.
- Measure and deliver key success outcomes: Take accountability for key performance metrics including migration completion, overall platform adoption, and customer success in deploying and operating production-grade internal agents.
- Become part of the customer’s team: Understand their organization, technical environment, workflows, and challenges, providing guidance on how they can best build and run custom agents within the new environment.
- Drive implementations: Lead hands-on technical onboarding and implementations to ensure customers move smoothly from initial adoption to sustainable, production-grade usage.
- Identify expansion opportunities: Map customer organizations, identify new use cases for internal agent creation, and expand platform usage across teams and business units.
- Connect customers with Product & Engineering: Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating complex technical feedback, agent deployment bottlenecks, and feature requests into actionable product updates.
- Work cross-functionally: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success (CS) to maintain alignment and ensure a unified rollout strategy.
- Be hands-on: Combine deep technical understanding, project management, and execution skills to solve complex customer challenges and make things happen.
